PLANNING FOR YOUR REMODELING PROJECT

Ideas to Consider

“I found John and his team to be “the most professional group of contractors I’ve ever employed”. Always, on time, kept the work area clean and clutter free and the project was completed on time and on budget.”
  • Write down top priorities of what you want to accomplish during the remodel. Determine what you really need and what you wish you could have.
  • Magazines are a great place to get design ideas and product information. Cut out the artilcles you like and organize them in a folder. Write down your questions and concerns about your project.
  • Budget: Decide on the scope of the project and how you will get it done. Determine what you plan on investing in the project.
  • How will you pay for it? Check with your mortgage broker, lender or credit bureau.
The improvements can be paid for by cash, home improvement loan, home equity line of credit, re-finance or second mortgage.
  • Now that you know what you want to do and when you want to get started it’s time to call Drew Construction for an appointment. 208-362-0205.

“My wife and I decided to do a full remodel of our kitchen, and based upon recommendations from friends we met with you, exchanged ideas, discussed the financial details, and concluded that Drew Construction was the right remodeler for the project we had in mind. As you know, that project was quite extensive and took a number of weeks to complete. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the quality of your work, your conscientious attention to detail, your responsiveness to our queries, and your ability to stay within budget and on time.
